This week I chatted with my friend Michael Kramer executive chef at Jianna in downtown Greenville, SC. Jianna is perched on the second floor on Main Street overlooking Falls Park. It has a lively bar and great outdoor balcony hanging over all the action. Enjoy handmade pasta (it's spiritual) and fresh oysters.
